At Mother of Pearl, I progressed from Intern to Development and Production Coordinator. Producing technical files, design research, and drawings for the head of design, organized photoshoots for e-commerce and editorial campaigns, and managing sample cutting, fittings, and press send-outs. Collaborating with development and production heads to meet deadlines. Promoted within 6 months of graduating as a studio/design assistant.
